Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within the specified timeline. Customers will receive shipment details and tracking information via SMS or email after the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Within Tamil Nadu: A flat shipping charge of ₹50 may apply depending on the order.

  • Across India: A flat shipping charge of ₹70 is applicable for deliveries outside Tamil Nadu.

  • Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

  • Tamil Nadu Deliveries: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

  • Other Indian States: Usually delivered within 4–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • The video must clearly show the issue and be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will verify the issue and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
