Return Request: Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the issue with the product.
The saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, the refund will be processed.
Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–7 working days.
For prepaid orders, payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.
Replacement is available only if the delivered saree is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
An unboxing video is required to process any replacement request.
Our team will verify the proof before approving the replacement.
