Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SP Silks, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality sarees and a pleasant shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order on our website.

Return Policy

  • Return Request: Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the issue with the product.

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, the refund will be processed.

  • Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–7 working days.

  • For prepaid orders, payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.

Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacement is available only if the delivered saree is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • An unboxing video is required to process any replacement request.

  • Our team will verify the proof before approving the replacement.
